Kay-Lou Childcare (formerly known as K & L Childcare), was created in 2001 and has been providing high quality, experienced and reliable childcare professionals for 20 years.
Kay-Lou Childcare is run by Kay Webb who has over 30 years of experience in the childcare industry. She is N.N.E.B. (Nursery Nursing Examination Board) trained and committed to providing an excellent, tailor-made service to ensure that all clients, nurseries and families receive an optimum experience.
All staff are interviewed face to face with original ID verification, as well as being DBS checked to an enhanced level. Additionally, all staff must be referenced with a verbal and written testimonial and will attend each job with a photographic ID badge. We undertake these procedures in order to provide the highest quality and safest service for you.

Hi, I'm Kay Webb, owner of Kay-Lou Childcare.
I have been successfully working in the childcare industry for over 20 years, having qualified as an NNEB in 1989 and running what was formerly known as K&L Childcare. I have thorough experience as a nanny, manager of a pre-school charity and day nursery, and am now the proud owner of the childcare agency Kay-Lou Childcare.
I have a passion and wealth of knowledge for the childcare industry and strive to provide the best service possible. So please get in touch and my team and I will be happy to help you!

Do staff carry a full DBS?
Yes, all staff hold an enhanced DBS. All staff have been on the current safe-guarding course, as well as the current COVID-19 course.
